At Joyful Hearts, we believe healing happens through connection, safety, creativity, and authentic relationships. We are passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment where children, teens, and families feel seen, valued, and empowered.

We are currently looking for a compassionate clinician who:

  • Holds a license as a mental health professional in Texas (Provisionally licensed or fully licensed is great!)
  • Has training in play therapy or is actively pursuing advanced play therapy training
  • Loves working with tweens and teens and understands the unique challenges adolescents face
  • Values relationship-based, trauma-informed care
  • Brings warmth, creativity, curiosity, and emotional presence into the therapy room
  • Enjoys collaborating with a supportive team that genuinely cares about one another

Joyful Hearts is more than a counseling practice — it is a place where clinicians are encouraged to grow personally and professionally while doing meaningful work.

If you are passionate about helping children, tweens, and teens heal, grow, and build resilience — and you’re looking for a supportive and heart-centered team culture — we would love to connect with you!

To apply, please send your resume and a brief introduction about your experience and passion for working with children, tweens and teens to our clinical director, amy@joyfulhearts.us!
