Samantha Shelton, MA, LPC Associate, Supervised by Lauren Hollis, MA, CCLS, RPT-S, LPC-S

Samantha holds a Master’s in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Stephen F. Austin State University and is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. She is currently pursuing her Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential to deepen her work with young clients. Samantha’s counseling approach is rooted in a person-centered foundation, emphasizing safety, compassion, and each client’s natural capacity for growth. She strives to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and supported while exploring your experiences and developing healthier ways of coping. Samantha uses a parts-oriented lens to help clients understand different aspects of themselves with curiosity and self-compassion. Outside of her therapeutic work, Samantha enjoys reading, taking nature walks, going to the movies with her husband, and spending time with her cat Sunny.
