Welcome! I'm Lorena, a bilingual therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) passionate about supporting your journey to thrive. As a former bilingual teacher and a school counselor since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate life transitions and unexpected crises, overcome school and behavioral challenges, manage stress and anxiety, and rediscover hope.
I’m here to support children as young as four, teenagers, and adults of all ages in English and Spanish. I aim to create a safe, uplifting space where you feel seen and supported, embracing a culturally sensitive and welcoming environment. With a strong background in education, mental health counseling, and multicultural competence, I take a compassionate, holistic approach in every session.
Outside work, I enjoy trying new recipes, spending time in nature, and being with my husband, our three children, and our two dogs, Crema and Fluffy. Fluffy is training to join me in future sessions, offering comfort and connection as part of the healing process.
It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey.
