Meditation & Mindfulness

Group Therapy is a type of counseling where the client works with a therapist and a group of peers.  Group work is a personal growth experience, but processing is done with the support of others in similar situations.  Groups generally meet for 90 minutes, once per week, for a specified number of weeks (usually 10 or fewer).
